Someone to Talk to about
Your Health

"My son has a fever of 101 degrees ...

"It's 2 a.m. and I'm having stomach pains.

"I was just diagnosed with diabetes...

"I need some relief from my cold

We all have questions about our health at one time or another. What's more, it can be hard to know how some bit of health information or new medical study applies to you. With the LifeSteps Personal Health Advisor (PHA) service you don't have to wonder, you have someone to turn to for help. Whenever you have a health question  no matter how big or small  you can talk to a registered nurse. He or she can help you identify options, make informed choices, and relieve your worries. Even if it is 2 a.m.

LifeSteps Participants
Talk about How PHA
Helped Them

With the PHA nurses as close as your phone, it's like having a nurse in the family who you can call whenever you have a health concern.
At least, that's what LifeSteps participants tell us. Here's what else they say:

"Thanks to the nurse for encouraging me to call

my doctor It prevented me from having

complications that could 'have been much, worse.'

"Your nurses are terrific. The information and literature

you sent helped my cholesterol drop 33 points. "

"Both my doctor and I are pleased with the advice

of your nurse. It helped me to follow

my doctor's instructions. "

With an average of 15 years of clinical

experience backed up by a team of physicians

and a state of the art medical library, PHA

nurses are standing by to help you.
