  • GM to help end Axle strike

    If $200 million will help bring an end to the long and costly strike at American Axle & Manufacturing Inc., General Motors Corp. is willing to pay.

  • Talks resume at striking GM plant in Kansas

    GM also is dealing with a strike at its Delta Township plant near Lansing, Mich., and is negotiating with UAW locals in Warren, Mich.; Mansfield, Ohio; and Wyoming.
